Welcome to Nobleban. Nobleban is a jewellery brand operated by Vraj Fine Jewellery, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. By accessing our website or purchasing from Nobleban, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products

Nobleban offers 925 sterling silver jewellery and related products. Some pieces are designed or manufactured in Rajkot, while others are sourced from trusted artisans in Jaipur, Mumbai, southern India and selected international sources. Every piece is inspected before dispatch.

2. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information is accurate. Minor variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, hand-finishing and manufacturing.

3. Product availability

Many products are limited-stock or single-piece items. If an item is purchased in a physical store before website inventory is updated, we may be unable to fulfil the online order. We will offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are in INR. Taxes are reflected as required by applicable requirements. Prices may change without notice. Obvious pricing errors may result in order cancellation and a full refund.

5. Orders

Order confirmation may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another method. An order may be cancelled if a product is unavailable, a technical error occurs, fraud is suspected or the order cannot be fulfilled. Amounts paid will be refunded if an order is cancelled after payment.

6. Payments

Payment methods available at checkout may include Razorpay and Cash on Delivery.

7. Shipping

We offer free PAN-India delivery, generally within 5–8 business days. Occasional delays of 2–3 additional business days may occur. International shipping is subject to applicable charges, duties and taxes.

8. Returns & refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, styling preference or incorrect size. Eligible damaged or incorrectly supplied products are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot normally be cancelled.

10. Personalised jewellery

Personalised jewellery requires 100% advance payment. Once production has commenced, it cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

11. Jewellery care & plating

Eligible plated jewellery includes a one-year free repolishing promise, subject to the applicable care terms.

12. Intellectual property

The Nobleban name, logo, photographs, videos, graphics, text and other content are owned by or licensed to Nobleban or Vraj Fine Jewellery. They may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

13. Customer content

Customers must have the rights to submit any content. Reference images are used to understand requirements; final designs may be modified.

14. Reviews

Reviews must be genuine. Nobleban may remove fraudulent, spam, abusive, defamatory or misleading reviews.

15. Third-party services

The website uses third-party services including payment, logistics, analytics and communication providers.

16. Website availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

17. Fraud prevention

We may verify, hold or cancel transactions where fraud is suspected.

18. Changes to these terms

Nobleban may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes are subject to Indian law and the appropriate jurisdiction.
