Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of your order at any time before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot normally be cancelled.
If your cancellation request is accepted, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the processing time of the relevant payment provider.
Custom / Personalized Orders
Personalised or customised jewellery may be subject to different cancellation terms. Please refer to our Personalised Jewellery Policy.
If an order becomes unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy or another issue on our side, Nobleban may cancel the order and provide a full refund of the amount paid.
