At Nobleban, we offer personalised and custom jewellery services. You can share a Pinterest image, Instagram reference, photograph, sketch or other design inspiration, and our team can work with you to create a similar, modified or customised jewellery piece.

Share your inspiration with us.

Tell us about your preferred metal, size, stones, finish or modifications.

Our team will evaluate the design and feasibility.

Where required, a customised design CAD will be prepared for your approval.

Once the design and price are approved, manufacturing will begin.

The finished jewellery will undergo our normal quality inspection before dispatch.

02Payment

Personalised jewellery requires 100% advance payment before manufacturing begins.

03Cancellation, return and exchange

Because personalised jewellery is made specifically according to your requirements:

Custom orders cannot normally be cancelled once production has commenced.
Custom jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
This does not affect applicable remedies for products that are damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

04Reference images and originality

Reference images are used to understand your preferred style and requirements. Final designs may be modified where necessary to ensure originality, manufacturability, structural integrity and appropriate proportions. Nobleban does not knowingly reproduce copyrighted, trademarked or otherwise protected designs without the necessary rights or authorisation. Customers should only provide reference images that they are permitted to share.
